Food distribution, district leadership, and upcoming activities
Lillian Masonic Lodge #925 is preparing to welcome neighbors for a November 6 food distribution. The Rewards Foundation is coordinating the event with Feeding the Gulf Coast, and the Lodge is its major funder. Volunteers expect to sort and pack at least 5,000 pounds of food after delivery between 7 and 10 a.m. Distribution begins at noon for Alabama residents in need.
Worshipful Master Chris King has been appointed District Secretary of the Baldwin County Masonic Conference. He will take part in its quarterly meetings and record district finances. The Brothers also approved a $300 contribution to a Grand Lodge relief effort for Venezuela. At the Lodge, committees are continuing their work and Brothers are preparing for a December 12 Cornhole Challenge.

Thomas Hall welcomed as a Master Mason
Brother Thomas Hall completed the Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft, and Master Mason degrees. Worshipful Master Chris King and the Brothers welcomed him to this new stage of his Masonic journey. Becoming a Master Mason opens continued opportunities for education, leadership, and service.

Lodge installs its 2026–27 officers
Jim Williams installed the Lodge’s new officers on June 27. Chris King serves as Worshipful Master, Brandon Taylor as Senior Warden, Stephen Duckworth as Junior Warden, Jeff Keener as Treasurer, and Roger Cramp as Secretary. The new year also begins a look back at the Lodge’s founding and the Brothers who built it.

Thomas Hall Jr. receives the Entered Apprentice degree
Worshipful Master Chris King and the Brothers conferred the first of Freemasonry’s three degrees on Thomas Hall Jr. The Entered Apprentice degree begins a path of learning about character, responsibility, and the traditions of the fraternity.

Preparing for a new Masonic year
As the Lodge prepared for its 2026–27 year, Brothers focused on leadership, welcoming members, and caring for their Lodge home. A replacement HVAC system was expected to reduce operating costs. The Engagement Committee continued its work to strengthen connections among members.

Lillian Masonic Lodge gathered for a special evening recognizing Past Masters and the widows of Brothers. The dinner celebrated years of leadership and the families who remain an important part of Lodge life.
